*Pricing stated is the minimum per requested search, per lot. Complex searches shall be quoted at a different rate.
**OER updates can be requested within a 180-day period from the initial search. Anything in excess of 180-days shall be treated as a new request.
***The date down fee is the charge to scan the public records for any adverse filings between the time the commitment is issued and the time the policy is issued which is required for the issuance of any policy of title insurance.

Computation of Fees & Rounding: The charges shall always be applied on a per-unit of insurance basis in multiples of $5,000, including any fraction thereof, in accordance with the division of such units as set forth in the Applicable Rate. All charges and fees are rounded up to the nearest dollar increment. If calculating the rate involves multiple stages, round up at each stage of the computation process.
